How much does shipping cost for bikes?
We offer flat-rate shipping on all adult bikes, while smaller components and accessories qualify for free standard shipping on orders over $99.
Do bikes arrive fully assembled?
Bikes shipped to your home are 85% assembled in a safety box. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals. We recommend a professional safety check before your first ride.
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to bicycles that have been ridden or modified.
Do you offer professional bike fitting?
Yes, we offer professional sizing and fitting services at all our physical store locations to ensure you have the most comfortable and efficient riding experience.
What warranty comes with my purchase?
All new bikes come with a manufacturer's frame warranty and a 12-month warranty on parts. We also provide one free 'first service' within the first three months of ownership.
Can I pay for my bike in installments?
Absolutely. We partner with Afterpay and ZipMoney to offer flexible, interest-free payment plans so you can get on the road sooner.
